Respected Sir 1.Circumcision does not cause any damage to the penis. 2.As you are having tight phimosis, Circumcision is extremely essential to prevent recurrent infections of the foreskin and the glans and also helps in the prevention of penile cancer. 3.Initially Circumcision might cause a lack of sensation due to the removal of the highly sensitive foreskin, but you will ultimately get used to it and will not affect your sexual life. 4. Please do not worry and get yourself treated by a qualified Urologist Wishing you a speedy recovery Hope this helps Thanks.
