When I take breakfast in the morning. By that time I found suddenly my tummy got big and tight. And I remains all the day. I have gas problem from last 4 months. I take 10-12 banana at one time. And 100gm peanuts. And sattu also. From last 6 months. Would you please tell me how can I recover from of this.

Try taking a normal diet Don?t eat 12 bananas at one time Eat more of fibrous food (fruits, salads and vegetables) etc Follow a few simple advice Avoid fatty and spicy food Avoid smoking and alcohol if you do Take smaller meals Some form of exercise daily for half hour Don't lie down or sleep immediately after meals Get an Ultrasound Abdomen Visit a gastroenterologist for medications **For complete evaluation and treatment, Kindly visit the doctor in person with all available reports. *This is just an preliminary opinion not to be used for medico-legal purpose.
