Ultrasound is an observer dependent study. Although it gives an approximate estimation of prostate size, merely the size of the prostate doesn`t determine management. As long as you do not have any symptoms related to prostate like increased frequency of urination, urgency,nocturia, hesitancy,intermittent stream of urine, straining at urination, nothing needs to be worried about.
