I need proper blood investigations like fasting, pp blood sugar, HbA1c, lipids,kidney, liver function, cbc, duration of diabetic with any other problems like BP, thyroid etc. Then only I can give proper advice. You may be having fungal infection of nails, get them evaluated, along with blood reports, biopsy of nail, long term anti fungal drugs and if you need immediate relief, one by one all nails can be surgically removed depending on if they are not responding to anything else.
