I observe slight striking pains beneath right chest and when I got my Liver functioning test (LFT) done the results were as follows - BILIRUBIN (TOTAL: 0.79 mg/dl BILIRUBIN (DIRECT: 0.34 mg/dl BILIRININ (INDIRECT: 0.45 mg/dl SGPT: 27.4 U/I SGOT: 30.2 U/I ALKALINE PHOSPHATE: 159.9 U/I.Can you suggest what to do please.

Stop drinking or smoking if you do and stop eating outside food eat healthy a lot of fruits and vegetables a lot of salad drink a lot of water exercise at least 25 to 50 minutes per day and you be fine in a couple of months.
