I am 48 years female. Since last 6 months my periods have become erratic. Twice they are delayed by 15 -20 days, and once very slight spotting went on for 10 days after the 5 day cycle. My periods were very heavy since last 6 YEARS but the cycle was regular (28 - 32 days). Is this because of approaching Menopause. How long will this go on before they stop completely? No other health issues.
