I am 43 years lady confused about my arthritis problem. My present reports shows esr 40, calcium 9, uric acid is 4.8 and ra quantitative is 80 and anti ccp is negative. Pl. Let me know whether l am suffering from rheumatism .If yes whether it is curable or noted if anti ccp is negative even then one is suffering from ra.

High ESR and RF suggest possibility of RHEUMATOID arthritis even with neg. Anti ccp, but most important is your symptom, if you have multiple joint pain especially in small joint of hand, early morning stiffness persisting more than hour than you should get evaluated for rheumatoid. U may require trratment.
