If a single kidney has been worked for 45 years and now its not functioning properly, so is there any way that it could be made to work again through the dialysis.

Dialysis is a supportive therapy. It can't make a kidney work again. Usually a regular twice or thrice a week haemodialysis is required for a chronic kidney disease person.
