Hi lybrate-user! Thin hair could be a genetic tendency or could be secondary to poor nutrition and hair loss. You can increase your protein intake by taking more dals, legumes, soya, eggs, chicken, fish and increase intake of nuts, green leafy vegetables. Some lab investigations will be required to be done.
