You need to have sufficient fibre in your diet which includes 2-3 fruits per day. Include mostly Guava, Pomegranate, Orange, Papaya, Grapes 2 cups of green leafy vegetable per day such as spinach or any other one at lunch and one at dinner time. 2 cups of other vegetables in form of curry (Include Clustered beans, broad beans, ladies finger, Ivy Gourd, Ridge gourd, etc) 1 carrot before your meals 1 cup of sprouts or Sweet corn or Boiled whole chana or moong dal in evening snack. Include multigrain roti, bajra roti or jowar roti or wheat roti, oats in your diet. Drink 6-8 glasses of water per day. Include curd in each meal.
