I mostly have thick mucus in my nose, post clearing the mucus, I normally starts to breathe properly then partially for some time until it gets block again. So need your suggestion, is this deviated septum causing the blockage or some allergy or sinusitis, which I need to deal immediately.

I am really happy to see your query, Sinusitis is inflammation of the sinuses that are present around nose. These sinuses when blocked due to any cause leads to sinusitis. The above said symptoms of yours fit more into Sinusitis. However deviated nasal septum and allergic rhinitis can also occur along with sinusitis. A simple nasal endoscopy can solve your query and guide for appropriate treatment. Take care.
