Hi You may or may not have a viral infection or it might be even a simple infection of tonsils. From your above symptoms most probably it can be Infection of tonsils. In that case take Tab. Taxim O 200 mg Bd after food Tab PAN Dsr Bd before food Tab Hicet Dc Bd after food Drink luke warm water for next three days. Avoid oily and spicy food for 3 days.
