After 2 years of Fistula in ano operation, I have pain in ano, and 4 to 5 times motion occur every day. So pl give diet suggestion and Can I take antibiotic (mox 500) for hill the wounds in ANO.

If you have still a wound after 2 years of operation, you might have non-healing fistula and need an MRI. You can take all type of foods which do not cause constipation, particularly plenty of fluids, green leafy vegetables, fiber food & also do mild exercise daily.
