I am 37 years old male and having continuously sneezing problem and watery discharge and cold problem especially in morning and night. I takes Telekast-L medicine almost regularly to control my sneezing problem. If I take regularly the Telekast L Tab (Elopathy medicine) then it controls otherwise once again the same problem starts. Please advice me?

you are suffering from allergic rhinitis. There is no specific treatment for allergy, either you avoid the allergen or boost your immunity to fight against allergens. Yoga exercises specially will help you a lot. Drink plenty of water. Take protein rich diet. Avoid day dreaming. Avoid night awakening. Naturopathy, specially jal neti and sootra net are very useful.
