Ptca done in 2014, continuing deplatt CV 20+ starcad beta 25 since 2 years, 68 kgs/168 cm, now Dr. advise donep-m for occasionally loss of memory, cold sensation in both hands + legs, should take donep-m?

Hello Memory deteriorates each decade (10 years) after the age of 45 and this is considered normal if it doesn?t interfere with day to day functioning. The occasional leaving fans n lights on, or leaving keys somewhere or not remembering someone?s name quickly is the most common complaint. However, if there are bigger and more frequent complains with any mood/sleep/ other disturbances then I recommend you to consult a neuropsychiatrist who would conduct an official memory assessment and then be best able to direct you. The neuropsychiatrist can also evaluate whether the tingling is correlated or stand alone problem. Meanwhile, increase foods rich in omega three fatty acids (nuts, fish) and also do memory enhancing exercises.
