I am having chronic constipation since last 18 years taking pegmove powder 3 times a week. But, not effective. Due to manual evacuation I'm having piles as well reduce Piles I am using oil cream and taking syl plus Tablet to stop blood from the Anus. I am drinking hot water in the morning but, not effective. Please give me effective medicine.
