Sir, Is it safe to use Adel 9CRI REGEN? Does it have any side effects? As I have used 6 files of it last year and hair fall totally stopped but this year it again started which made me more worried. I have visited Dr. Batras but it wasn't helpful at all. Kindly reply to my question.
