If sperm count of your Husband is good & Your Menstrual cycles are normal, then Pregnancy will happen. No as such role of High Sugar. Check above things.

Hello, Thanks for the query. Diabetes can affect sperm quality, can cause erectile dysfunction, which may make conception difficult. If he has no difficulty in erection, then it is better to get the sperm count and motility and testosterone levels checked. Plus also check your own thyroid function, because if there is even subclinical hypothyroidism, conception is unlikely to occur. Thanks.
