I am 40 years old male. I am high sugar complaint for the past 2 years. I am taking treatment sugar is also in control level. But my leg are very pain in night hours what should I do.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. In diabetes peripheral neuropathy is seen as a frequent complication. This causes various troublesome symptoms like burning, tingling and numbness in legs and feet, even hands plus there may be pain also. First and foremost is to achieve a strict blood glucose control with fasting < 100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c% <6.8. This helps in reducing those symptoms plus certain drugs do help like pragabalin and gabapentine. Thanks.
