I had white patch on inner cheek. I did got biopsy done and the result says" serial section studied show straight epithelium hyperkeratosis, acanthosis and mild dysplasia with the subepithelial stroma inflammatory cell infiltrate. What is best treatment and suggestion please including medication. Is surgery is the only way. I am a smoker and tobacco user.

As per your biopsy report White Patch on inner cheek should be Leukoplakia. If you have difficulty in opening the mouth also then you may also have submucous fibrosis. Treatment for Leukoplakia is 1. Plastic surgery and 2. Stop smoking and tobacco use immediately.
