Hi doctor i am 25 weeks 2nd time pregnant. After delivery when can I start exercise and yoga First one I had c-section. This time trying for vbac My age is 25 Height 5.1 Weight now 64 kg First kid age 4 years now. I want to healthy weight 50 kg. And flat stomach. Before 2 years I had pcos hormones problem. So I want to good health Please mention me diet for good health pure vegetarian. I have oily skin so acne problem is there so mention me good cream.

You can do light exercises in pregnancy and eat a healthy diet Include all seasonal vegetables and fruits. Limit intake of carbohydrates especially sugar. You can start exercises 6weeks after delivery.
