Hi,I am suffering from GERD if I do not eat on time due to empty stomach acid and burps then ultimately a strong headache due to which I have to take combiflam. Please suggest me something for that.

I will suggest you to take tablet panL before breakfast and Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet
