I'm 20 years old. My body's temperature is never normal. Either it is high (99.5) or it is very low (95-96), but the normal is 98.6. Most of the time, both my thermometers show that I have temperature 96.5F, even if I feel feverish. Is it a concern of anxiety? What should I do to get it normal?

Hi lybrate-user, our average normal body temperature is 98. 6F. But usually it varies most of the time between 97 to 99F depending upon the environmental conditions, metabolic rate and what kind of activities you are doing. So you should not be so much worried about you mentioned body temperature. Thanks.
