Hello These are the acute symptoms and can be managed at home. Kindly boil tulsi leaves and ajwain in water, give this solution to her two to three times today. If she has blocked nose, you can give steam of tulsi, ajwain and tea leaves in water.

Give her @ ARS ALB 200 and SABADILLA 30,4 pills thrice a day and report thereafter for further treatment. With it give steam inhalation, be hydrated, avoid sour and oily food, tell her to take rest. Give her lukewarm water with grated ginger 4-5 times a day do revert for further treatment.
