Sir/Madam my daughter just completed 07 months was born by caesarean method. My wife period did not commence till now which forced me for ultrasound which is showing she is conceived again for 05 weeks (+-1 week). At this stage we couldn't afford the other child what are the options along with its drawback for the abortion please suggest me urgently as I have to take decision towards this.

As your wife is 7 month post caeserian you should not go for medical abortion, consult a gynaecologist and if you do not want to continue the pregnancy go for surgical abortion done under ultrasound guidance.
