I am 26 years boy. First time I had slept with gf. It was 100 % flop. I never get aroused. No erection at all. Only artificial foreplay I did. Is that ED? But I get full hard erection in night during sleep, in morning hours, even while watching Adult movies! What I observed that. I am not enjoying the activities in the bed within mind, so the body organs are not reciprocating! I found the bed activities not pleasurable. One thing more: I was mentally not present in bed. Only body was there! Is that concentration problem? Do I need to do yoga/ Meditation? While doing self study or in class room too, I notice myself mentally absent from classroom, only physically present. And what teacher taught I do not know. It has caused poor performance in exams. But consider this also that I did not find pleasure in bed foreplay activities. No erection at all! In bed ,I was thinking the verse of Veda which says:- (while artificially doing foreplay) - In whatever species of life a living entity enters, it find a particular satisfaction within. -Even dwelling in hell, it takes delight in hellish life! Sex is dirty ,filthy thing. I did not enjoy physically in bed.(1st time experience) but when watching Adult movies, Morning hours in bed, I get automatic erection. My gf is badly upset. We were planning to marry. But If this goes on. I do not think she will marry! Please advice! Is that ED or concentration issue? And how to derive pleasure doing dirty ,filthy stuff in bed?
