My chief complaints are - Constipation since 10 days or more Burning sensation near chest Feeling of bloating since a week Urge to go to the bathroom and still feel incomplete after bowel movement watery stools since 4-5 days Headache 3 days ago H/O Hepatitis A 2 months ago H/O hemmarhoid 15 days back which is still present but is painless. There is no blood in stool as such and no fever. Please please guide me Dr. It will be so kind. I'm nervous.
