Hi I am 18 years old I have skin problem called cholinergic urticaria (heat hives) when ever I get hot my hole body get rashes i am frustrated about this skin disease I can not go out when ever I get emotional I get rashes on hole body Please help me how to get rid of it i am eating anti histamine (HH levo) I want to get out of this Please help.
