Is there any way of transferring vitiligo disease from one person to another through injection or transferring those cells? Please advise

Hello No, this is not possible as vitiligo is not a communicable disease. It is an autoimmune disorder in which your own body cells start destroying your own skin pigmentation cells called melanocytes. It can tranfer from generation to generation i.e. From parents to kids but not through touch or contact.
