Hi lybrate-user. Till date, rarely people get long term benefits through the massage of tulsi oil and other treatments too. I would highly advice you to see the bigger picture and go for the perfect treatment available. Hearing aid is always the best option at present to go for it. There are different types of hearing aids. It might cost abit extra, but for a long period of time it?s a good choice which you can make.

Hello Mr. lybrate-user If the hearing loss is sensorineural that means if the nerve responsible for hearing is damaged to even some extent then hearing aid is the best possible option. Not able to hear from a distance is one of the starting signs of hearing loss. Hearing aid will not only Help in understanding speech from distance but also when you are talking on phone in a noisy place or when you are in a group conversation. There are many other situations in which the hearing aid option will prove to be much more beneficial. The use of oil may not be helpful in this case. Thanks!
