I want to ask that my age is 29 years and I am taking rablet l bbf and digeplex syrup after meals but now I started with constipation issue I have 2 face it daily so my doc told me presmovac 2 mg od at night I was having it from last month on daily basis but still I have 2 face constipation. I had tried cremaffin plus 4tbsp bd also but still having d same problem so please suggest me that why I am having this much of constipation and how to cure it.

Get thyroid function done. Have plenty of fluid. Fibre rich diet and moderate physical activity 30 min everyday. I think problem will be sort out. Thank you.
