I was treated with venofer injections and Optineuron injections. I have IBS. My hemoglobin is 10. With Injections it came to 12. But when I stopped them again THE HB WAS 9to10. After 3 mths again I go for 8 optineuron injections and HB remains at 10.40. My diet does not include more of vitamin c and iron due to IBS. Please suggest me to whom should I show. Is it right to go for injections.

It is very unusual that Hb decreases in IBS. It might be something else. Go for thorough check up. Get thyroid function done.
