It's not really bad but being in control is a good habit. So make health a priority in life. You have to view it with a holistic approach and make necessary changes in your daily routine. This would include eating only healthy food and ( restricting or avoiding junk food and processed food and beverages ). Have a good breakfast within 2 hours if getting up. Exercise every day so that you feel relaxed mentally and can easily control your cravings. Add Yoga into your routine for a few minutes. Have fruits whenever there is cravings for sugar.
