Jock itch also called as tinea cruris is one of the commonest infections in dermatology today. It's a bit resistant to treatment due to resistance to anti fungal medications in recent times. Necflo has ofloxacin which has no role in the management of fungal infections. You need a structured treatment for a slightly longer duration. Itraconazole, luliconazole, terbinafine are some of the molecules used in the management of this condition. Other than medications, there are a couple of lifestyle changes which would help you in faster resolution. Keep the area as dry as possible, reduce the intake of sweets, avoid sharing of towels with others. Hope this helps.
