Fresh blood is an indication for anal or rectum pathology and black coloured stools is an indication for an upper GI bleed and which needs to be evaluated and for your present symptoms I will suggest you to meet a gastroenterologist and get a upper GI scopy done and Apart from taking symptomatic treatment Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet.
