I am 34 year old women, I had hair losses since year. Some of the time it get control and again started .i had used HAIR 4U 5 SPRAY 60 ML Glenmark Pharmaceuticals and also of company Dr. Reddy mintop oil tried. I had also used tablet like lady keraglo of ipca pharmaceutical and Foliicare of company. all get control for few times. kindly advice good hair oil and shampoo too together or herbal if any Please suggest.

Hi Lybrate user Can use oil Nilibharangadi of of Vaidhyaratan Oushadhashala Pvt. Ltd. Kerala. Use herbal sampoo Shyamla of vasu pharmacy. Avoid oily spicy fried salty food.
