We are trying to conceive. My husband age is 29. His sperm count was 15mill/cumm and motility was 20%.Doctor suggested him to use POPSON tablet. He used it for 45 days and also he changed his food habits too. He does not have any alcohol or smoking habits. But bit obese he is. Now the result is, Sperm count is decreased to 8mill/cumm and motility is increased to 30%. Please suggest us whether he can continue using POPSON tablet or not.

Hi. Depending on antioxidants will not help improve sperm count. He requires to do active exercises and change his life style, wear inner garments and outfits that don't occlude blood circulation to the testes. Burning calories and losing atleast 500gms per weak will help improve Sperm count, motility and quality. Best wishes.
