Please Suggest treatment for perforated ears with fluid discharge problem in 65 year old male. Left ear was diagnosed with sclerosis of mastoid air cells in left ear in 1995. I have been taking ciplox 250 ,gentycin Hc and cetrizine for many years except last year please suggest remedy.
