I am suffering from varicocele both side my motility is 25-35% and prog motility 5-10% total count is 65 million per ml. Ivf or icsi or iui what is good for me. Which is the most successful as my wife has no problem in conceive. Ivf is successful for working lady who goes 30 km daily for job?

Dear lybrate-user, Thanks for the query With this semen report (>5 million total motile sperms) IUI can be attempted but The success rate of IUI cycle is v less as compared to Icsi cycle which is an ideal solution in cases of severe oligozoospermia. Traveling after ivf is not an issue as one doesnt require restriction of activities after ivf/icsi. Hope this helps.
