I am 37 week pregnant. My sonography report says fetal bilateral renal pelvis appears prominent (right AP diameter 10 mm & left AP diameter 11 mm). Is there any problem or not? Now what should I do?

Nothing to be done at present ,after delivery your child's ultrasound abdomen will have to bedone. If after delivery also Renal pelviectasis persists then according to the cause of dilated Renal pelvis treatment will be done. Usually Renal pelviectasis resolves within first year of life.
