My father left kidney was failed .that's reason his kidney was removed from body in 2017 July. And in 2012 my father was operation of heart (2 valve s are blocked. Regularly till now also he was using everyday acitrom -1 mg tab and aten-25 mg daily. please give me the suggestion which type of food he will take daily and water limit for day. And any other medicine required. My father age was 63 years present .his weight was 63 kgs. And some of the times he was suffered from pain at right side kidney. I diagnosed to my father to scan also but some times he told Pain was coming at right side kidney also.

The history is incomplete here. But if he's taking acitrom then you should avoid green leafy vegetables like spinach cabbage. As they can with the blood thinning mechanism of acitrom. Amount of water intake is correlated with hearts ejection fraction meaning if your heart is pumping normally then you can take as much is liquid you want to the whole day. The kidney function result is also to be considered if there is a deranged kidney function then water intake needs to be adjust accordingly.
