My wife is 26 years old and has high blood pressure 150/110. She has stared gym and has not started medication yet. Shall there be any complexity in pregnancy? Shall there be any problem with normal delivery? Does taking medicine affect the upcoming child?

She should start the medication asap. Yes, there will be complications in pregnancy if BP is not controlled. Medicine are available which are safe in pregnancy.
