I had post exposure before 9 months. I was tested as HIV negative after 7 months exposure and 9 months of exposure. The test done was ELISA (HIV 1 and 2).I am using antidepressants and some other psychotic drugs that these results in false negative results. I am anxious with this situation. Does false negative results occur in ELISA. Do I need to test again.

You are HIV negative but psychologically affected. The possibility of HIV results being affected due to your anti-inflammatory psychiatry drugs is not there. Do HBsAg and VDRL tests. If HBsAg is negative take vaccines.
