My wife is 60 years old. Diabetes since last 18 years. Hb1Ac is 7.5. Last pathology report shows protein in urine is +++, and micro albumin is 839, but scan of kidney show it normal. Would you please advice any medicine or therapy to reduce micro albumin in blood.
