Hello Doctor I need your help with regards to my father health, brief history of his medical treatment going on: 1. My father in the month of Nov 2017 diagnosed with Prostate Cancer Stage 4, 2. His prostate is spread to back bone and some parts of lungs being Bone Metastasis. His PSA level done in Nov 2017 shown level 782 3. His radiation therapy has been already completed with forties Hospital 4. He has been recommended with zoledronic acid every month with First dose given on 15th Nov 2017 and second on 15th Dec 2017 and zoladex injection every 3 month with first dose on 15th Nov 2017 next due in Feb 2018 5. Doctor after radiation therapy had suggested oral medicine i.e Abiraterone 1000 mg dose is given every day along with prednisone dose. 6. On 14th Jan 2017 his second PSA was done with reduce level of 41. Now doctor is suggesting to continue with the same Oral Medicine along with zoledronic Acid and Zoladex every 3 months We need your advice on the treatment being given to my Father as we keep getting suggestions on going for chemotherapy or other domestic treatment.
