I am having cramps around 10 days before my periods. Its not ovulation I guess because cervical mucus is creamy. What could be the reason.

Not really as week before period you will not have any fluid discharge and also adbominal cramp might be due to menstrual cycles however this abdominal cramp is quite common in pregnancy women.
