Hello Eating healthy food and adding regular exercise to your daily routine is the best solution to keep your liver and kidney healthy. Garlic is indeed very good cleanser of toxins. Add turmeric powder to your food daily, avocados are also found to be beneficial. You must eat 2-3 avocados every weak, fruits like apple, grapes, oranges are also very good for this purpose. Drink plenty of water daily and take green tea too. And exercise is very essential too. Sitting for prolonged hours or having a sedentary lifestyle is a big drawback nowadays in work. Kindly follow a strict exercise like a walk for at least half an hour daily. Tc.
