Sir, meri body me taqat kam rehti hai. Jese ki mai gym me bhi jyada weight lift karne ki try karta hu par nahi kar pata. Kya meri body me testosterone level kam ho gaye hai or agar kam hai toh mai ise kese sahi kar sakta hu or apni body me kese taqat laa saku. please answer dijiye.
