I am a 24-year-old male. I do masturbate a lot in my teens but I am having severe throbbing pain in the penis every time I ejaculate. I also remember having low abdominal pain after ejaculation in the past. Flaccid feels a lot harder/shrunk after ejaculating. It feels different to urinate after that, not uncomfortable just unusual. However, after I finish urinating I feel as though there are drips left in the pipe on the underside of the penis and now and then I get a sharp pain midway up the shaft on the underside. Pain is sharp, throbbing and stinging and lasts for 5-10 seconds. I also noticed a clear thick semen like discharge right after urinating and even noticed it with last few drops of urine. Pain is very very worse after ejaculation and it is mainly on the left underside of the penis (a tube-like structure). Pain just does not go away even after a week and I still feel pain regularly but not worse as it did after ejaculating. I also used penile vacuum device and noticed sharp pain inside the penis, whenever I use. So after a week of use, I just threw it out. I can tell that my pain got more severe and regular after that. I also have a curved penis for a very long time but did not have any pain at all with sex or masturbation. Note: I also did jelqing (O grip the penis head tightly and stretching it in all directions for a count of 10. I think it also has contributed to the pain.
