I am suffering from ulcerative colitis from (2014) 4 years and diagnosed by gastroenterologist in 2016. March. Then Dr. Prescribed me to use wysolone 10 mg for 4 weeks by reducing dosage on every week. Then my symptoms like blood and mucus, stool frequency are controlled but not inflammation then Dr. Prescribed me meascol rectal suppository told me use in bed time, but am not able to use meascol becoz whenever am keeping mesacol in rectum then I used to go bathroom then its coming out along with stool. Then Dr. prescribed me saaz ds for 6 months. I used for 6 months later my symptoms were very severe. Then I am completely sticked to home becoz of diarrhea. Then I am using wysolone 10 mg daily 2 tab without doctor suggestion it is giving me relief and my symptoms are normal. So please suggest me is any problem of using wysolone for a long time.
